Health Guidelines for the Fashion Industry

The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) has issued health guidelines for the fashion industry. This is good news that the American fashion industry is following the lead of the European and no longer encouraging models to be rail-thin. However, they are not going as far as the Europeans; they will not be measuring the model's BMI, but instead encouraging education about healthy eating, warning signs of anorexia, etc.
